Courtesy Pay Changes
Due to recent changes in legislation (Regulation E), we are required to have all members opt-in to receive/keep Courtesy Pay on their signature-based debit card transactions. If you do not contact us or return the authorization form, you will be unable to access Courtesy Pay through your debit card.
New RITA System Is Coming
This Spring, you will notice some changes to RITA, our free, automated account service by phone. The menu options will be changing, making it easier to use. In addition, you will be able to speak commands for the ultimate convenience. Be on the lookout for all the great, new features!

Lunch On Neighbors
All Main Street club members were invited for a free lunch on June 24 at the HomeTown Buffet in South County. Over 75 members joined us and enjoyed a delicious meal and plenty of desserts. Become a Main Street member today, so that you can join us next year!
Shred Day
On May 30, 2009, Cintas, the company that professionally destroys our data, was at the South County branch for our annual Shred Day. Members and the community were invited to bring up to two boxes of paper (past tax forms, past utility bills, credit card applications, financial statements, etc...) to be professional shredded - absolutely free! Annual Meeting
Neighbors Credit Union members and guests were invited to attend the Annual Meeting on May 21 to learn about the credit union's growth as well as participate in the election of the board of directors and supervisory committee members. In addition, our four Clarence Hagemann Scholarships winners were announced. All in attendance received an annual report, attendance gift and refreshments. Plus, ten lucky individuals won grand prize drawings.
The 2009 Clarence Hagemann Scholarship winners were Donald Steinburk Jr., Kaitlan Prugger, Melanie Martin and Malayna Frazer.
National Credit Union Youth Week
Neighbors Credit Union celebrated National Credit Union Youth Week the week of April 19 - 25, 2009. Not only did we offer financial knowledge, but youth members received a special Neighbors bag as a gift for all deposits made, as well as was entered in the National Youth Week Savings Challenge. Plus, when members age 19 and younger made a deposit of at least $50, they were entered into a drawing to win a Nintendo Wii.
