Children's Miracle Network Hospitals
Neighbors Credit Union is a proud partner in Credit Union For Kids, a group committed to raising money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN). During 2010, we raised over $10,500 for CMN by engaging in various fundraising activities, such as our annual bake sale, employee dress down days and selling balloons, Entertainment Books, Holiday Money Envelopes and Six Flags tickets. Over the past 14 years, we have raised $101,000 for CMN. Thanks to members and Neighbors employees, we will be able to make miracles happen for many children in the St. Louis area.
Together with other credit unions in the state, Neighbors Credit Union is teaming up with Homes for Our Troops - a non-profit group started four years ago to help build specially adapted homes for severely disabled members of the military returning from service in Afghanistan and Iraq. Credit unions put people first and work hard to make a difference in their lives. This is a program that will truly make a difference in the lives of severely injured veterans in Missouri.
