eStatements
Why keep track of all your old financial statements when you can have access to them on your own computer? Reduce the clutter and stay organized with Neighbors Credit Union's eStatements! eStatements is a free service that will make your statements available to you electronically instead of by mail. To sign up for eStatements, log into PCRITA, click on 'Accounts' and you will find a section on 'eStatements.' After you are signed up, you will receive a monthly email notification stating that your eStatement is ready to view on PCRITA. And, if you ever need a paper copy of your statement, simply print it from your computer. eStatements are easy to store and quick to reference. Simplify your life and sign up for eStatements today! Debit Cards
You don't have to worry about running out of money or rushing to the credit union before it closes because Neighbors Credit Union offers Debit cards. Convenience is at your fingertips. You can use your Debit card at grocery stores, shopping malls, financial institutions, resorts, airports, and at more than 20 million locations worldwide. Your purchases will be automatically deducted from your Neighbors Credit Union Checking Account. Your credit union Debit card can be used at any one of the local CO-OP®, STAR® or CIRRUS® facilities across the country, as well as PULSE®, Visa, MasterCard®, and American Express® networks.

Verified By VISA
Your Visa debit card is now protected by Verified by Visa-it password protects your card for free when you shop online. The next time you shop at participating online stores, you'll see some new screens. Enter the information requested to activate your card in order to complete your transaction. It only takes a moment, and then your card will have password protection whenever you shop online. Shop online with greater security at participating stores.

Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction
While everyone else is waiting patiently for their checks on payday, your funds are already on deposit at your credit union and ready for use. Direct deposit is especially convenient when you are sick, on vacation, out of town, or just don't feel like fighting the payday crowds. You can have your payroll, Social Security, or retirement benefit checks automatically deposited to the credit union account(s) of your choice. You have the option of sending your pay to one or more credit union accounts; including Savings, Checking, Christmas Club, IRA, family accounts - you can even make loan payments. Just tell us how much you want deposited into each account. This service is absolutely free of charge. Contact your payroll department to see if direct deposit is available. If so, you may obtain your authorization forms from the credit union or your payroll department. Complete the authorization forms and we'll take care of the rest.

You can also utilize Neighbors Credit Union's Payroll Deduction (ACH Origination) service. With this great service, Neighbors Credit Union will automatically deduct payments you specify and submit your payments to the specific companies. Loan By Phone
Loan Connection is our 24-hours a day, 7-days a week loan by phone. You can apply for a loan anytime, from anywhere, any day of the week. You'll receive personalized service right over the phone, day or night. Your application can be taken in 15 minutes or less. Neighbors Credit Union will process your application the next business day or sooner. Auto, Boat, RV, Motorcycle, Line-of-Credit, Signature, Holiday and Vacation loans are available. Overdraft Protection
With overdraft protection, if you become overdrawn on your Checking Account, your check still clears (up to your credit limit), but the dollar amount is taken either from your Savings Account or Line-of-Credit Loan Account. The credit union has four overdraft protection plans from which you can choose:

Option I: Funds for overdrafts will be transferred from your Savings Account.

Option II: Funds for overdrafts will be covered by an advance on your Line-of-Credit Loan Account.

Option III: Funds for overdrafts will be transferred first from your Savings Account, and if sufficient funds are not available, an advance will be made on your Line-of-Credit Loan Account.

Option IV: Funds for overdrafts will be transferred first from your Line-of-Credit Loan Account, and if sufficient funds are not available, then the transfer will be made from your Savings Account. Open a Checking Account today with overdraft protection!

PCRITA (Online Banking)
This is our free online banking service that allows you to view account balances and account activity, transfer funds between accounts, view Visa activity, transfer funds from your account to make a Visa payment, reorder checks, view cleared checks, download to Microsoft Money® or Quicken® and much more. Now you have access to Bill Pay and eStatements! To gain access to PCRITA, you will need your member number and RITA access code. RITA (Audio Response)
RITA, the account service by phone, allows you to access your Neighbors Credit Union accounts anytime, anywhere, using a touch-tone phone. There is no service fee for using RITA, and there is even a toll-free number, 1-800-325-2696, so you can call RITA from anywhere or just locally 314-892-7878. RITA is a safe, dependable method of transacting business at your convenience. You are the only person who knows your member number and access code, and it takes both of these numbers to access any of your accounts. RITA conducts over 20 different transactions 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. You can obtain account balances, make transfers between accounts, and even make a withdrawal by having a check mailed to your home.

Savings Bond Purchases
Neighbors Credit Union has taken convenience to the next step by selling Savings Bonds. We currently sell EE and I type bonds. Series EE savings bonds are safe, low-risk savings products that pay interest based on current market rates for up to 30 years. I bonds are a low-risk, liquid savings product. While you own them they earn interest and protect you from inflation. Visit any of our locations and fill out a purchase application to order your bonds today!

Shared Branch
For your convenience, you can transact credit union business without having to go to Neighbors Credit Union 's main offices. Let the Visa Gift card end your search.  You select the dollar amount; the recipient selects the present.  These prepaid cards can be used at any location, including retail stores and online merchants, which accept Visa debit cards.
