As a successful Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
- Build trusting relationships with our customers.
- Uncover customer needs and match the right product.

- Share expert product knowledge and educate customers on use.
- Investigate sales opportunities in person and by phone.
- Provide direction, training and supervision to the Member Service and Teller Department.

Successful candidates will have a college degree (prefer business or related major) or equivalent business experience in a financial institution with a proven record of success. Must have the ability to make decisions and supervise subordinates effectively, knowledge of managerial techniques, operations, procedures, principles of lending and collections, marketing and the credit union philosophy.
Total compensation includes competitive base pay, monthly incentives, medical, 401K, life and disability.
