Reverse Mortgage Loans
A Reverse Mortgage is a loan that enables homeowners age 62 and older to convert part of their equity in their homes into tax-free income without having to sell their home, give up the title or take on new monthly mortgage payments. It will not affect monthly Social Security or Medicare benefits, is insured by the U.S. Government through FHA and you never owe more than your home is worth.
