The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (S.A.F.E. Act) established a national registry for mortgage loan originators called the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). This registry is maintained by the federal government and assigns each registered professional a unique identification number that is provided to consumers upon request and on certain loan documentation. Additionally, each financial institution is provided with a unique identification number. The Credit Union’s NMLS ID number is 509288.
1100% financing loan program is based on a maximum total combined loan amount of $400,000 and a minimum total combined loan amount of $100,000. The program is based on a 95% first mortgage and 5% second mortgage. The first and second mortgages may be Fixed or Adjustable Rate Mortgages. Minimum 720 FICO score required. Owner-occupied one unit single family residence only. Single-wide manufactured housing does not qualify. Mortgage insurance required. Escrow account for insurance and taxes required. Member must have $1,000 of their own funds towards transaction for closing costs or down payment. Loan origination and other fees may apply. For example, for a Fixed Mortgage with a purchase price of $125,000.00, if the $1,000.00 is used as a down payment and $124,000.00 is financed at 4.50% fixed interest rate, the monthly payment would be $628.29 for 360 months. Sample payments only include interest and principal. For Adjustable Rate Mortgages with a 0% down payment, the loan has a variable rate with the possibility for the interest rate and payment to increase or decrease as set forth in the example above. Minimum loan amount of $50,000 required.

If mortgage insurance is required, the mortgage insurance premium could increase the annual percentage rate (“APR”) and the monthly mortgage payment.
