Neighbors Credit Union is dedicated to protecting the privacy of its members. When visiting our website to obtain general information, you do not need to reveal personal information to us about yourself or your account. However, we do track the number of visits to our website for statistical purposes. The information is used to measure site activity and improve the usefulness of visits to our website.

Online Application

If you fill out an online application, you will be revealing information needed to process your request. As always, that information is held in strict confidentiality and is only used to process your application. The information is never given, sold or disclosed to third parties.

The information is sent securely between you and Neighbors Credit Union.  This helps to ensure that your information remains confidential.  After submitting your application online and you have no other business to conduct on the Neighbors Credit Union website, we recommend that you end your browser session on your computer.

In order to use SSL technology you must be using an SSL compatible browser.  The following table summarizes the minimum browser version required that supports SSL technology to be compatible with the Neighbors Credit Union website and PCRITA.  Please note that beta versions of browsers are not supported. When submitting personal information online through any website, always make sure that the site uses SSL technology to encrypt your personal information.  If you see a lock symbol in the lower right hand corner of your browser your browser is using the SSL technology.

PCrita (online banking)

If you visit our online banking product, PCRITA, you will be required to enter your member number, personal identification number (pin), and a security code. Those are your unique passwords used to enter our secure online banking server. This information is never given, sold or disclosed to third parties either and is held in strict confidence.

Feedback

If the feedback information you send includes personal information, the information will only be used for the purpose of satisfying your request(s) to us. Once again, the information will never be given, sold or disclosed to third parties.
