3Maximum balance to earn high rate is $25,000. Balances above $25,000 earn a dividend rate of 0.15% APY. Direct deposit, eStatements, online banking, debit card with 12 signature-based transactions, and a Neighbors Visa credit card is required. If requirements are not met within 90 days of account opening or they are not maintained the account will be converted to a Basic Green Checking account, which will earn a dividend rate of 0.15% APY on the entire balance. A $10 fee will be charged if the balance drops below $10,000 at any time during the month. Rates accurate as of 01/01/12.
