Access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week with PCRITA, our free online banking service. It's a secure and dependable method of transacting business at your convenience. With PCRITA, you can:

• Access Bill Pay
• Check account balances
• Transfer funds
• View eStatements
• See cleared checks
• Get a complete picture of your spending with FinanceWorks
• Download your account information into Microsoft Money® or Quicken®

Sorting Tip: Sorting arrows will appear after clicking on a column header. If the header is sortable, it will be a click-able link, otherwise it will not sort. The arrows indicate the sort order. Up arrows indicate ascending order and down arrows for descending order.

New Homepage Option

At Neighbors Credit Union we're always striving to improve service for you. That's why we redesigned your PCRITA homepage, which will be identified as Home, to give you more comprehensive access to your accounts, transactions, and financial tools – all on one page.

Starting October 19, 2011, when you log in to PCRITA you'll be able to:

• Review all accounts, balances, and recent transactions on one page
• Put money back into your pocket with a new rewards program
• Track expenses and review past spending from an easy-to-use chart
• Pay important bills on time
• Make quick transfers between accounts
• Review recent and historical transactions through a new Account History Page

Enhanced Login Security
At Neighbors Credit Union, your online security has always been a top priority. Starting on June 28, 2011, we’ll be upgrading your PCRITA experience with enhanced Login Security to help further protect you from identity theft. These changes will:

• Defend against identity theft and fraud.
• Provide added security on any computer, wherever you are.
• Provide a quick and easy one-time set up process.

Login Security protects against online fraud by providing an additional security step through the use of a one-time access code. This is beyond your user name and password used today. You can set up how you want to receive a one-time pass code from the following options:

• Phone
• Text message
• Email

Once you set up your login security options, the next time you log into PCRITA, your experience will remain exactly the same. However, if you log in from a different computer in the future, you will be asked to enter a one-time access code as an additional line of defense.

With Login Security, you’ll be protected on whatever computer you're using, whether you're at home or on the go. For more information regarding Login Security please contact us today.

New Users
When logging into PCRITA for the first time:

• Your User ID is your member number.
• Your Temporary Password is your RITA code.

After you log in, you will be prompted to create a new online banking Password and User ID for future visits. Your PCRITA password expires every 180 days.
