Our card processing company (who provides the approvals for your transactions) experienced a system problem that affected transaction approvals and coded them as “declines”. When swiping your card, try running it as "Credit" instead of "Debit", and that may solve the problem. However, we recommend that you carry a second form of payment until this has been resolved.
