Zelle® Update: Keep Using It with Your Neighbors App!

Zelle® shut down its stand alone app on Tuesday, 4/1/2025. However, you can still use Zelle® with Neighbors Credit Union. 

If you are an existing user with Neighbors Credit Union Zelle®, nothing has changed! You can continue to use this service you know and love by using your Neighbors Credit Union Mobile App! If you are new to Zelle®, simply log into your Neighbors Credit Union Mobile App, click Pay, then Zelle®. Follow the prompts to register and enjoy the convenience of this money transfer service.   

How to Pay it Safe with Zelle ®

  1. Only Send Money to Those You Trust. With Zelle®, you can send money from your account to someone else's typically within minutes.
  2. Beware of Payment Scams. While using Zelle® is a fast way to send money, it's important to slow down and keep an eye out for signs of a scam.
